I have spent an entire day in a beautiful and serene setting at Stuart and Sandie's home for an impactful Inner Child Healing Workshop. This safe space was perfect to explore the various stages of my childhood and the imprint it has left in my adult life. I can tell you that the insights are still being processed, but I am already feeling more confident than before. The shift is happening!

In 2023, I proudly graduated from
Lux Hypnotherapy Training Centre with my diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I decided to take the training after talking to Stuart Ashing, we had similiar backgrounds in previous trainings. Being Master Practitioners in Hypnosis, NLP and Timeline Therapy.
What I found is that the Hypnosis training I had done before, for me had no structure in order to deal with particular clients. What I found from the Lux course was the structure I required enabling me to deal with all
sorts of issues and develop my own
style. The format of teaching was excellent, even though there was a lot of info to digest. Sandie and Stuart put it across in an easy format which was fun to learn-allowing the information to be embedded further. I would highly recommend Sandie and Stuart at Lux Hypnotherapy Training Centre if you are thinking of embarking on a new career or want to further your knowledge of hypnosis as I have.

Stuart Therapy Clinic are fantastic. I had severe insomnia because of some inner issues. Was unable to sleep well for a month and not able to sleep at all for 4 day straight. During this phase I had absolutely no energy, and literally was exhausted to the point of barely having enough energy to just breathe and not being able to walk. And while at first I very skeptical about hypnosis and honestly didn't believe it would work my father convinced me otherwise and I went. On the first session I managed to get 2h sleep in intervals. On the second 4h. Third session 4.5-5h and on the fourth I managed to get back my sleep. Stuart is a great guy, full of wisdom and be truly cares about his customers trying his best to make a customised experience to tailor the hypnosis sessions according to your specific issues. After 53 years as a smoker I wasn't sure if the hypnotherapy would work for me - but I'm now 14 weeks a non smoker. I'm surprised myself at how this has changed my life. Sandie is the ideal person for the job! As well as the treatment on the day I received numerous tasks both pre and post treatment - and combined, it has worked. I've felt on the odd occasion that I could truly light up a cigarette, particularly during certain social events, but that is changing. I used to get a great deal of pleasure out of smoking, but the treatment means I'm missing it less and less to the point that I can now be in company of other smokers and it doesn't bother me. The health benefits are obvious - I can walk the dogs without losing my breath and I no longer wheeze. Perhaps more importantly, as a type 2 diabetic I have lessened the chances of losing my lower limbs due to nerve damage through smoking. I feel so much better for having quit, and it's all down to Lux Therapy..............thank you!

I have just experienced the inner child therapy with Sandie and Stuart. Set in such a peaceful and Comfortable environment. The whole day was emotional but liberating and helped me which a much needed emotional release. The 2-days breakthrough session with Stuart Ashing has literally changed my life. I’ve tried many methods before but none of them seemed to be very helpful, so for me the breakthrough therapy was indeed the biggest breakthrough ever. For privacy purposes I can not name the actual problems I was dealing with, I can only say that they were affecting my whole life for quite a long period of time. That’s why I would like to encourage people to take their chance and to finally find their freedom which is out there on the other side, I can say it now with certainty. This is a MUST do Inner Child Healing workshop for anyone who has spent their life wondering who they are, why they don't fit in, and why they react the way they do.
I unlocked a lot of built up trauma prior to this workshop,that has prevented me being ME, due to thinking I had to be as everyone else wants me. But this consolidated my 30 years of healing that little 7 year old, who needed to be heard, to express herself, and to love herself 💓

Forget nail appointments, hair appointments.....this is the appointment you owe to yourself, to grow, heal and understand YOU

I am a NLP Trainer and coach myself, and I highly recommend Stuart for break through coaching because, He is very unique and has a diverse collection of skills.
I experienced a 7 hour break through from Stuart and my shift was profound. I was experiencing more fear than I was aware of and anxious about growing my business to the heights I believed I was capable of. After our day together, I slept and rested as he instructed me to do, and to my surprise my body down shifted for the entire month for some well needed rest. Since then
